Eat Healthy Food

Dear grooms, prepare because you may not like what we are about to tell you! It is time to limit the calories. Reduce the meat, the fat and all the junk food. Try to consume more fruits and vegetables. However, avoid cooking them and make sure they are fresh. Also, cut down the alcohol, especially beer. No bride wants a plump groom. Instead, drink plenty of water, shakes and fruit juices. In addition, cut down the fast food and all the fries. Well, you can allow yourself a tasty treat every now and then.

Protect Your Skin from the Sun

Avoid going out in the sun without a protection. Always apply a block or a sunscreen with a protective factor of at least 15. Remember that you should apply these products 30 minutes before you go out. Another thing you can do to protect your skin from the negative effects of the sun, is to wear a hat. Hats will not only keep your skin fresh and healthy, but they can also add some style to your wardrobe.

Shape Up

If you don’t have a fitness regime, it is time to create one. To get in shape for your wedding, make exercises at least four or five times a week for about 30 minutes. Those of you who are feeling stressed can try practicing Yoga. This will both relax you and make you feel healthier.

Get Some Healthy Sleep

A regular healthy sleep can make you look and feel better. Therefore, consume less coffee, coke, chocolate and energy drinks. Also, avoid staying up all night long. In addition, organize a daily sleeping schedule and try to follow it. Pick a bedtime hour and sleep no less than 7 hours and no more than 9 hours.

It is best if grooms start using these tips at least a month before the wedding.
